Please go to Airbnb to see the minimum of nights in the property, it changes seasonally based on occupancy.  The rooms are each available to rent for longer periods of time.  You can discuss that directly with the host by messaging through Airbnb.  

The entire home spans 5,000 square feet, with the main floor dedicated  to Airbnb rentals, offering a generous space of 3,000 square feet.  Additionally, the backyard boasts an impressive 11,000 square feet. For  short-term stays, two rooms are available for rental, providing a  comfortable and inviting accommodation.If you require a more  extended stay, (3 months plus) there are two other rooms available for long-term rental, ensuring a variety of options to suit your needs.

There is guest only reserved parking in the front of the house.  Typically one car per rental space, please let us know if you need additional space so that we have enough for all guests.  

Please refer to the gallery page for the individual art sites for Rick and Greg.  Nearly all art in the home is original and available for sale to guests and the general public.
